Every few days my sky Q says it cannot read my viewing card
Every few days my sky Q states it cannot read my viewing card, I have tried all the usual fixes, turning everything off, taking out the card, I have also tried to pair the card again, all works for a few days and then says it cannot read the card again, this has been going on for several weeks now. Do I need a new card.

Possibly - or the reader in the set top box may be dodgy.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
