Join Sky

I want to join Sky. In particular I would like Sky Q in 2 rooms. with Broadband and Landline. But every time I try book online I just get message saying unable to continue with my request, Or it will only enable me to book without broadband and phone. Are there no humans at Sky. And is there a telephone number I can call. Please help been trying for couple weeks now.
