Items to return

My contract has now ended after 27+ years with Sky and they haven't wasted any time in sending me the returns packaging.

I have not yet received an email telling me which items they want returning in the box provided - do I send everything back including power cables, remotes and HDMI leads as well as the Sky Q box and x2 minis??

They should contact you and tell you what they are expecting back. In terms of Sky Q, it's usually the main box (but not in all cases depending on which one you have), any mini boxes, remotes, and power leads.
