Re: Moving
@Dougie82 You're not contacting Sky Customer services by posting here, no one can or will ring you on the back of a post on a public community from an unlinked account.
Threats to leave will not get you anywhere either.
Perhaps you could explain fully what the issue is?

Re: Moving
@Dougie82 Did you receive confirmation of the Home Move being booked, does anything show in your order tracking page?
It's not usual to book a home move so far in advance as the old occupants (if theere where any) would have to have their services ended before they moved oiut, was this the csae that another occupant lived there at the time?
What Sky Q installs may take longer due to negineer availabilty.

You've posted to the Q television forum.
Moving a Q box (including mounting of a dish if required) and provisioning broadband at a new address are completely separate processes with very different timescales, particularly if the ISP ordering a wholesale broadband circuit triggers commissioning of an FTTP installation at the address.
Realistically there's no way an ISP can guarantee broadband activation will be on any particular date.
