It shouldn't be this difficult

I have a message constantly coming back up on my screen saying "you will soon lose your channels" my bills are all paid, my account is up to date, i've done everything that is online and i've called to ask for help and its still not fixed. I'm disabled and can't keep unplugging and plugging in my box but trying to get a hold of someone to fix it seems like the hardest possible thing to do!

Hi @CaWilson52  Any chance of a screenshot, and are you sure that the message is from the Sky Q box and not yourTV?
