The actual satellite transponder signal strengths are the least important measurements, I would always initially check that the measured Modulation Error Ratio (MER) quality comfortably achieves at least 11 dB, and then check the uncorrected datastream errors (CBER), in order to see how muck work the Viterbi error correction is having to do. Followed by a swift look at the LKM (link margin) to check how much rain fade margin is available before signal failure which Sky like to be nominally greater than around 3.5 dB for a test meter signal quality PASS when using their small Sky MiniDishes.
As I understand it the datastream labelled as IEPG data 1 transmitted via satellite transponder Tp 4 is most likely to be supplying your Sky Q receiver Electronic Programme Guide.
