We are having issues when recording it keeps coming up failed or fault when recording , plus when watching it will go funny and as if on mute . This is happening with mist recordings
I have turned of, reset and even turned off at night, still same problem
Trouble with recording, keeps going to fault, fails to record sometimes mute out when watching TV and screen goes fuzzy happening on most of our recordings having to keep deleting and re-recording. I have tried to close down system reboot overnight still not working please can an engineer come out.
