Issues with my Netflix

I have been having issues with my Netflix all weekend I sorted it yesterday by refreshing my apps but it's not working again. Today can anyone help me

So what error do you get?

 

Have you created a new Netflix account or are you trying to link Sky with an existing Netflix account?
