Issues recording ITV only from 9pm

My mam has suddenly having issues just recording ITV from 9pm on her Sky+ box,it records about 30mins and stops  and she can't watch it live either on or mini box after 9pm. I have tried all.the usual toggle things back on and off , turned mini and main box off. Any ideas???

You've posted in the Sky+ forum, but it sounds as though your mother has Sky Q. I'll move your post to a more suitable forum
