Issues connecting to Sky Q Mini box

Since yesterday, there has been ongoing issues with our single Sky Q Mini box connected to the Sky Q box (wireless connection - wired not possible due to distance apart). I have tried reactivation multiple times, turned off router, reset the Internet details and currently trying resetting the Sky Q Mini box (which seems, last i saw to be in a cycle of restarting Steps 1-4). (Ironically, despite having Sky Q on my account - when I tried to go to the Help section, I had a message saying I do not have Sky Q (had for at least 5 years - Sky customer since around 1999 ' hence asking here. Thanks for any help upfront

Have you done a power down restart of your Main box ?

 

Please may I also ask, is your ISP SKY or a different provider ?
