Ordered sky Q box and it hasn’t arrived

My sky Q box hasn't arrived yet and the engineer is due this Saturday 29th between 12 and 5 pm

The engineers brings the box. 

I will cc in one of the other Superusers who has compiled a very helpful guide for those thinking of transitioning from Plus to Q which may provide some insight into something you hadn't considered...

as @Daniel0210 says, you may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
