Issue with new box switching itself on and off

Sky have just replaced my old Sky box to a 2TB box. While watching the screen intermittently switches off and back on for a fraction of a second constantly. I've checked cables are all tightened etc and switched off and on again but hasn't helped. Please help. Never had issues like this with old box
