Why am I being asked to subscribe to channels that are included in my package

Trying to continue to watch programs downloaded however suddenly unable to watch as saying not subscribed to the channel., Sky Max and Sky Sci-fi channel not available in Home screen. However I can watch the channel through tv guide.

Are you trying to watch a downloaded episode in HD when you don't pay for the HD add-on?
