Hi, I have a Sky Q box and a Mini box.
On the main box I have channels but when I go to recordings it just hangs on please wait. I've rebooted the box but it's the same.
On the mini box, I cannot get any channels, it states there is no signal.
please help as I pay an absolute fortune for sky and neither box is working as it should!

You may need Sky to investigate. (They may apply a credit after fixing the issue back to when reported)
If the main box is not working correctly then the mini won't as it's a slave device.
It could be a corrupt or failing hard disk - look at some help here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-disk-error-messages

@Beckhuk You could try resetting the settings in the main Q boxes hidden menu.
To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.
With settings highlighted press 0 0 1
Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.
After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote
if the main box starts working again then reboot the mini box
