Issue with Q Box

I have recently had delivered a new sky q box.  The reason that this was delivered was because the previous one kept shutting itself down to the black page that says "sky will be ready to go in a few minutes ".  As a result of this we continually lost any recorded programs.  Every day i would have to unplug the box to restart.  Your technicians tried on two occasions to repair this via the phone and conceeded, sending a new box.  Since i have plugged in the new box, it has shut itself down every night , for the past seven nights, showing the same sky loading screen.  As you can imagine this is frustrating!

Hi @Boomboom2004   They are not our technicians as we are all customers like yourself. What time does the box shutdown? Is it 2:30 am ish as this will be the Standby settings in Eco mode. You can change this to Active or None.
