Hi

skyq installed recently. But I can’t find where to download things (like films brought previously) from? 

Also says I can have homepage the way I like but can't get rid of apps I don't like from homepage.   Any tips on how to personalise homepage?

1 thing more. Probably being dumb here but I can seem to pause program but not to stop them. So if I want to delete something I watched it says this program is being watched so can b deleted.   Only way seems to start watching something else.  

Any help gratefully received

Any purchase will be under recordings > purchases 

There is no personalisation.

There can be a small delay after watching a programme where it says you cannot delete it.

Not sure where you would have seen that: it isn't something Q has ever permitted.
