Issue with Paramount+ - error message 9999

I have Paramount+ as part of the free add-on with Sky however, this week it seems whatever I try and watch, it gets part way through and then hangs. Eventually, a message comes up suggesting it's my internet and I should restart my router and an error code of 9999.

 

I've done this multiple times and it still keeps happening.

 

Really frustrating.
