Returned Equipment

I returned my equipment in a prepaid box provided by Sky and it was posted on 15/09/2023 at a main post office. I still have the receipt.

Yesterday I received a message from Sky saying I had to return my equipment and today I received a prepaid box to return it in by 04/01/2024.

I spent some time with an advisor on the phone a few weeks ago and he acknowledged it had been received and there was nothing else I had to do except make my final payments.

Sky are really inefficient when you leave them.

what do I do now?

To see if they can sort this once and for all I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll just need to check the chat thread regularly.
