Issue logging into Netflix

We have always used our sons netflix, even though we have it through our sky package. Now he has moved out and is using it at his house, we cannot activate our netflix. It is clearly showing as included on our package. How do I connect?

@Col15 first thing to do is contact Netflix and get them to unlink your sons Netflix account from your sky account if it is

 

then follow the instructions on the link below carefully
