Issue getting free subscription to Discoveryplus.

Hi I've followed the step by step guide to get the free subscription to Discoveryplus. But get the same message come up telling me something went wrong try again later. This has been going on for a few months now. I have been in contact with sky, they tried to do a fix over the phone, but it didn't work. They said there was nothing else they could do. Just try again in a month or so. Has anyone out they had a better response from sky, and did they fix it? Cheers MH

Similar problem. 

 

I've had the free subscription to Discoveryplus for the past 2 years, then recently it just vanished. I now get error messages coming up saying no subscription and they want me to upgrade. neither sky nor d+ seem to know how to fix this....disappointing, to say the least.
