Issue connecting router to sky q box

My sky Q  box will not connect to my router with the WPS button or the WiFi code

@John198788 who is your broadband provider and if Sky which router do you have black or white ?

Provider is sky and it is the black router

@John198788 have you tried rebooting your router ? when thats back up and running rebooting your main box then if need be using the WPS button to connect your box to the router and when thats back up and running reboot any mini boxes you may have
