Morning @Chloe-W22 i'm on Q270.000.10.02L 😀 and have a V2 box


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV

Hardware version - 32B214

Guys I'm not sure if yours is the same but my issue seems to have been resolved I've not done anything to resolve it

Altho don't seem to get the option at all to watch from the start now?

Just checked and ours seems to be working now  - but its the same as previous post - we havent got the option to watch from start.

I'm also the same i'm wondering if it may have been the watch from the start that was causing the problem

Maybe Sky have removed the watch from the start to stop the problem and will add it back when they have fully sorted it out.

 

@Chloe-W22 just tagging you in as the problem seem to have been sorted but watch from the start is no longer available obnch4 channels

Be careful you may be watching a programme that doesn't have a "watch from start" available! It is more likely to have a watch from the start programme during the evening. Not all programmes have watch from start.

Happy to report that everything works fine now and can change the channel without defaulting to C4.

@MightyQuinn definately not there, been on most of the Ch 4 owned channels and not a sign of "watch from the start", last night come dine with me on Ch4 had "watch from the start" but not tonight 

Not that it bothers me as i rarely watch these channels
