Is there a way to report issues with catchup episodes?

Is there a way to report issues with catch up episodes?

 

I keep getting random episodes of shows that have the sign zone overlay and there is no way to remove it.  Its distracting and I cant watch it like that. 

"Our flag means death" is the main culprit at the moment, episode 2 was like it and now randomly episode 4 is, ive been waiting for it to be fixed but its still not, some weeks later.

Im all for accessable tv but putting it on random episodes isnt helpfull for anyone and im pretty sure its not supposed to be like this. If theyre going to provide such a service, it needs to be added to all episodes and put in the versions list.

If you do email them, then please may I suggest that you make sure you let them know which channel as well as which Series & episodes, as well as what date & time if they were recorded rather than downloads

Its episodes downloaded from their catchup service on the Q box, so someone had to put them there.

 

I do keep randomly getting episodes recorded at 2am when the signzone is on, instead of them being recorded when they are supposed to be, but thats a seperate issue.

Hi @Faenum   Are you saying that the on-demand episodes are not clearly marked as having audio descriptions or there are no episodes available without AD?

@Faenum Our Flag Means Death is a BBC show, so the issue would be theres.

However, looking on my Sky +HD box, none of the episodes available to Download are flagged as having sign language. Although there are four versions of each episode available (two HD & two SD), maybe one of each has SL and one doesn't?

I mean random episodes have it when they shouldnt. It auto downloads the next episode, thats just what its giving me. I did check in versions and all ive got it HD and SD

 

I dont think its supposed to have the sign zone overlay, I think someone uploaded the wrong version for some of the episodes.

Ive sent an email to that address so will see what they say.
