Is there a list of the packages Sky offer - Rather than just seeing what they want to show you

Had sky for 15 years + , and considering the way people watch TV is changing,  we hardly use it, we do use Netflix and my wife will watch one channel (W) - Other than that, we don't use it, so it is expensive to have sky Signature, then pay extra for HD (mad) - Is there a package I can ask them to switch to which just has basic basic channels, HD and netflix, trying to find a correct price list seems impossible.

There is a Pack called Sky Essentials. 
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-essentials

No Sky Netflix and so you would need to subscribe via Netflix
