Shy q box fault

Hello just had a power cut now my sky q box will not come back on I have unplugged it and tried again but no luck can you tell me how to reset it please

If it's dead (no lights?) then it's probably terminal and you'll need to call Sky for a replacement.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Have you tried another electrical device in that plug socket?

Hi @Elizabeth09 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
