It will be down to snow. There is no national outage (i'm watching ITV via Sky right now) but individual customers may have problems if there is snow on the dish or snowfall in the area.

If glass works with out a dish even in Snow.. why don't Sky get rid of its dish and feed us all like Glass through bad weather. I've been a Sky customer since early 90s .. Still never improved on these conditions

No signal. Tried all the reset suggestions but still not working. I guess it is the snow.

Hi, We have had heavy snow fall overnight which is understandably affecting our signal, however it also seems to have affected the ability to watch programmes that were recorded. I don't seem to be able to watch anything that's recorded even though everything that's saved on the box was recorded before we had any snow. Why is the lack of a signal affecting my recordings?

Hi @jpr7977
Loss of Satellite signal will mean that the Q box cannot receive a signal to validate your subscription.
Normally you can access recordings and On Drmand for a limited time.
You may be unfortunate that it currently needs a verification signal via Satellite.
