Internet not connecting

My internet is working with everything else but not connecting to my sky q box

I'd suggest fully rebooting both the router and the Sky Q main box.

Unplug both of them, same time, from the wall for at least 30 seconds.

Plug back in the router only, get it up and running, and run a speed test on your mobile. Now plug back in the Sky Q box, go to settings, and reset the network settings section. Then scan for your router, add in your password, and hopefully, you're back up and running.

Sky use their own Broadband not BT.

So are you with Sky Broadband or BT Broadband?

OK @Mick1985 

Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
As you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.   You have two minutes after the Network reset to press the Sky router WPS button.
