Since joining a separate internet provider, my sky q box keeps disconnecting multiple times a week. Its never happened before and no other device in the house has any issue. It's not slow or faulty. I feel like sky have hired one person to sit in a room and disconnect it when he feels like to teach me a lesson for switching providers 😂😩. Any help would be appreciated. And if the sky guy is reading, I'm sorry, it was my wife's doing!
