Internet connection

I have BT broadband and Sky TV. I keep losing internet connection to the Sky Q box. It is the only device in the house where this is happening and nothing seems to resolve it. I have got to a point where  I just want to cancel Sky Tv ! Can anyone e help !?

As it's a non-Sky ISP it will only connect on 2.4GHz band.

 

Ensure your router does not steer connections to 5GHz as they will drop.

 

Best solution is to split SSID's between 2.4 and 5GHz.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

IAM the new customer. March 4 start my new connection but it's not working still now.. please help me .
