Internet connection and password

Hi I am trying to help my dad get the internet reconnected and he has been asked for a password which he does not remember can you help please

If you are referring to the WiFi password to connect to the router then it may be actually on the device itself if it hasn't been changed from the default.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
