Internet and wifi light on Sky router not coming on

We had to turn the electrics off today to carry out some works and since turning them back on, the wifi and internet lights on my broadband router haven't come back on. We're currently without wifi and awaiting an engineer in 4 days.

I seem to have done a hard and soft reset of the router, unplugged it for 30 seconds and plugged it back in but nothing is working. The router is an SR203.

Can anyone help?

@CaroleK_ unlikely as it sounds like the hub could have been damaged or failed by being turning off and on. Most electronics fail during a power cycle but it is unpredictable. As Sky have chosen to send an engineer rather than simply replacing the hub there maybe other factors indicating a line issue. 

As a customer though there is nothing more than you have alreadt tried.
