International Channels on Sky Essentials

I currently have a Sky Q box with Sky Signature service.  Since my contract is coming up for renewal, if I downgrade to Sky Essentials (which I think is GBP 15 or 18 per month), then with Sky Essentials package do I still get the International channels (channels 701 onwards)?  Additionally, do they let me keep the Sky Q box?  Thanks

@NST95  Sky essentials is just free to air channels only and you get to keep the Q box for the duration of subscription

As mentioned you will only get the free channels. That doesn't include the big international channels like B4U, Sony, Zee TV, Utsav and Colors but many of the others are free.
