Intermittent stopping

My sky Q mini keeps intermittently stopping. 15 seconds on then stops again. Main box is fine , broadband is fine, sky booster has three green lights. I have through the restart procedure many times. What should I do next?

Where is your Q booster positioned and what is it being used to connect?
