Start with a full power down of the box for 5 - 10 minutes by unplugging at the mains, to see if that cures it.
If not, change the HDMI cable if possible then go from there.

Hi mate had same issue with my 2TB sky Q box thought it was my TV on its way out but I was later informed that because I had used almost all the storage available or mainly stayed over 90% -that was the cause of malfunction to keep it functioning properly I was told not to use over 80% hope that helps
