Odd one.
Sky Q 2TB version 32B12D external power block, Denon AV amp, Sony 4k telly, hdmi 2.1, full 4k Atmos. All updates current.
Sometimes (about 3 or 4 times a month, getting more annoying) when turning everything on, the Sky box just puts out a black screen and no sound. If I turn it off, the picture appears for a second or so before powering to standby.
Only fix is to pull power lead out (or press and hold button on box for ages) and go through the whole "Hello..." process.
When it happens, it's the same if I connect direct to telly without going through amp, but I always go back to the amp so can't say if the problem would occur if always connected direct to tv.
Anyone else? I can't find this problem on the forums.
