Intermittent TV picture. Plus mini box not working

Since the big storm 3 weeks ago my mini box has frequently not been able to locate satellite signal.   Then this morning the mini box didn't work.   The main box constantly freezes then loses signal.   Then in a short time the signal returns so therefore cannot watch either television

As the mini box gets its feed from the main Sky Q box, it sounds like your dish has moved out of alignment with the satellite.  You'll either need to contact Sky or get a local independant to sort it for you (likely to be quicker than waiting for a Sky engineer)
