Same happened to me.
I spent the time and effort getting the hybid LNB to use with both Sky+ and Sky Q.
Now the problem is that knowbody is able to remove the flag on my account.
Instead of just telling me they don't want to give me the Q, they are just putting me in an endless circle of phonecalls, round and round.
Clearly they hope I will give up, but thats not the case. Now they have made me angry as they told me to employ a third party, which I did.
Pretty disgraceful to be honest as Ive been a customer for 25 years.
