When I start the Paramount Plus app on my Sky box I get asked to sign in, I follow the prompts/scan the QR code etc and I try signing into my account on Paramount Plus (using my Sky log in) abut I get told the email or password is incorrect (which it isn't). Before I realised I had Paramount Plus free with Sky Cinema I set up a 7 day trial with Paramount and then cancelled it. Paramount lets me log in using this expired log in, but it wants me to commit to a payment plan.
I've followed the Sky path of linking the Paramount Plus App on the Sky box with my Sky Cinema account, but Paramount still won't let me log in using my Sky ID.
I've been on Settings and put in 001 and refreshed all Apps but that made no difference. PLEASE HELP !
