My Sky Q remote more or less fell apart last night.
I looked online to see what my options were and immediately saw that I could get a free replacement. So I clicked on the link, filled in a very short form, and this afternoon a new handset, including batteries, came through my door. That was impressive.
But it got better. I had expected issues with pairing it with the Q box and my elderly TV, but no. Within 5 minutes of opening the package and putting in the batteries, I had it up and running even though my old TV was not on the list.
So no, not making a complaint - just saying thank you for a very efficient service Sky!
