If I cancel my broadband & phone package (contract ending) can I keep my Sky Q box ?

My Sky broadband & Anytime Talk contract is ending next month and I want to switch to a cheaper provider.  Can I keep my Sky Q box which I pay £15 a month for as we use it for watching TV and recording programmes?

You can keep the Q contract even if you cancel the phone/broadband.

You can keep the Q box for as long as you have an active subscription (presumably Essentials here).

Hi @Woodhaj If you are still paying for a TV viewing subscription then you will keep the SKYQ box, but you will need to return any SKY hardware from your cancelled  broadband subscription.

Your Sky Q service is completely separate from any broadband contract. You can switch to any broadband provider and still keep your Sky Q service without any issues. All you will need to do when you get your new broadband activated is connect your Q box to your new router, either via WiFi or ethernet cable.
