ISP - New IP Range Blocked

Hello,

 

I work for a small rural ISP with our own IP ranges. Our first /24 range works perfectly with everything, whereas the new /24 IP range we've leased isn't okay with Sky - it does work with everything else though.

 

We've got issues with Sky emails and Sky Go / Sky Q reported so far by multiple customers on that range.

 

I tried calling the helpline but unfortunately they've advised there's issues with the emails and can't help, however it looks to me like its been blocked by Sky. I've set the geo tags in RIPE correctly.

 

Would someone be able to advise what we need to do to get whitelisted please?
