ITV signal issue
The problem hasn't been resolved or it has started again. I have been having sound and vision Problems on ITV1 for the last few day. I have SkyQ and only ITV1 is affected. I have intermittent picture pixelation with sound break up. Occasionally the only way to get the sound back is to change channels then change back again. Some recordings are incomplete due to 'loss of signal'.

Re: Itv picture issue
The original issue was with sky stream, not sky q. So could be bad weather or other issues with sky q. ITV on my sky stream is working fine now

Re: Itv picture issue
The weather has been windy but not bad. Even today, it's calm and sunny and the picture on ITV1 is breaking up.

Re: Itv picture issue
It sounds as if your dish is slightly out of alignment. I've never had Q but I assume there's a signal strength meter buried in the menu somewhere. I'd check that first of all.

Unfortunately the SKY Q signal strength info does not give information on the current channel but for a fixed test transponder set in an Enginer's menu

Re: ITV signal issue
I have been experiencing an issue with ITV HD only since the EURO football game-Georgia vs Portugal on Tuesday evening. There are lines across the screen with crackling sound and it happens intermittently. There are a few other reports of this issue online but it doesn't seem to be widespread. This issue doesn't appear to be replicated on the freeview broadcast on ITV HD.

Re: ITV signal issue
I have exactly the same issue which started the same time as yours during the Portugal match.
