Hi. I do not / cannot yet the ITV X apps on either of my tv's. I have Sky Q and mini box.
I have tried all the suggestions offered.

Hi @skiathos1 Not knowing what suggestions you have tried, I can only offer mine:-
Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.
If this doesn't work try a software update from settings on the SKYQ box?

The Sky Q ITVX app seems very slow when compared to running the ITVX app on an Apple TV HD box. Any reason why?

Hardware. I'd use the Apple box for apps...
