hi @Marie_sutton 

All SKY Q boxes are capable of Voice control - you just need a bluetooth capable remote control (which has been paired to the box)

AFAIK all remotes for last few years have been bluetooth & thus voice capable (the ones that were Infrared only I think were the remotes issued with the mini boxes a few years gao) 

Is it possible that your Remote control just needs paring properly with the box ?
