Re: I want to rebook an engineers visit

Many thanks, I didn't mean to post this here, I thought I was talking to online help as I had been trying to contact them since the day before, they kept telling me to go on "my sky" app, but the app was telling me I need to contact them for my kind of appointment,  eventually I got through and sorted it out.

Thank you for taking the time to advise me, much appreciated.

Can't you do it from the MySky section of the website? If not you'll need to ring Sky to rebook it.

This link explains the process

however if the appointment was for today or tomorrow you are almost certainly going to be charged £25 / €25.
