Is it the TV or a Sky Q box you are having issues with?

A Sky engineer will only attend to issues with a Sky Q box or dish. If the TV itself is faulty they will not do anything to fix it.

You will need to ring Sky to book an engineer if you feel that the issue is with your Sky Q box.

@Carol121 I'm afraid nothing will happen in response to a forum post, can you post the issue your having so the community can help or point you in the right direction.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
