Sky Q won't work with Starlink with or without linked mini boxes. Sky engineers say there is nothing I can do.

Re: Starlink doesn’t work with Sky Q. Sky says there is nothing I can do
See this thread: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Starlink-and-Sky-Q/m-p/4255820
But it should 'work'... There are some known issues due to the latency in Starlink (see link)
Any mini connectivity uses it's own network (5GHz on channel 36-48) - possibly clashing with StarLink router?

Re: Starlink doesn’t work with Sky Q. Sky says there is nothing I can do
Hi guys
our internet has always been pretty poor 30mbps at best dropping in and out, sky was ok but we have a gamer who constantly cursed the connection, didn't matter the supplier, bt, sky, Vodafone or ee , all garbage. So decided to get Starlink, well the gamer is pretty happy, he had to make some adjustments don't know what they were, but he is Happy 🙂 I was expecting 100mbps and on average that is about it, best I've seen is 345 mbps which may or may not sound great compared to new build fibre at 512mbs but we can't get that hence the Starlink. Now all seems to be working pretty well, have the Starlink dish connected to the main router in the loft and then another router connected wirelessly as a node in the lounge with the sky Q box hard wired to it, that's the only way I could get sky to work, now it's working but we are getting ghosting, not noticed it on live channel broadcasts but watching our recorded or downloaded programmes we get a lot of ghosting, I'm pretty thick when it comes to tech guess it's a part of getting old.
Anyone have any ideas ???
Guy
