I’ve rang couple of times and wanting to reschedule the engineer and stills wiring a call back

Reschedule appt and waiting for call from

Sky. Been 2 days now.

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. Sky won't contact you based on a post here. You need to instigate contact if they haven't rung you back.
