I still dont have itvx app on sky q

I still don't have the itvx app on sky q any ideas ???

Try refreshing the apps on the box:

1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
2. Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
3. Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

If that doesn't work, do a full power cycle by unplugging the box for 5 minutes at the mains then plugging it back in.

Tried all of this and I still do not have ITVX in the apps

Try using the voice option on your Sky Q remote saying 'I T V X ' that often launches it when its not appearing in your list of apps.

Can you check your box has the latest software;

1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote.
2. Select Settings followed by System info.

Your box should have Q210.000.6.03L
If it does not have that version, follow how to update to the latest software here;

I have tried this three times and it has not worked.  We had an original Sky-Q box and two mini boxes.  The main box died so we got a new box 3 weeks ago.  We still have ITVX on the mini boxes but not on the main box no matter what we do.  Is there a way to push the app to the box or a setting we can use to force an update over and above what's listed here?

What is your Software version on the main box ?
