Hi, I returned my sky q box weeks ago in the box they provided and got a message on Sunday saying to return the box or I'll be charged for it! I've been with sky for 15+ years and recently cancelled it as it got too expensive. I cannot find my return receipt and never expected to be in this position to need it either but this is stressing me out now! 😔 please help

Yes please absolutely. I'm beginning to panic as I don't know what this involves. I thought it was simply returning it and forgetting about it but it's took a bad turn now.

I’ve escalated your issue to Sky so the Messaging Team may contact you later.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
